About the Journal
The Supreme Court Review is an annual, peer-reviewed compendium of articles, both solicited and unsolicited, from a wide range of legal professionals, reviewing judgments and decisions of the Supreme Court and offering well researched and reasoned opinions on the principles, theories and doctrines underpinning the decisions of the Court.
This publication aims to bring together leading experts in the legal academy to share their research, experiences and insights on the decisions of the Supreme Court of Ghana and to provide a platform for in-depth analysis and discussion of Ghanaian law, jurisprudence, and constitutional development gleaned from the decisions of the Supreme Court.
The publication is a crucial medium to engage the Supreme Court of Ghana on the development of law. Academic views expressed are expected to engender a dialogue with the Court and create a culture of scrutiny for judicial duty in this country.
